Construction Materials Recovery and Recycling

This industrial materials recovery operation, founded in 1991, is a full-service construction recycling facility located East of Los Angeles. The facility sits on over 24 owned-acres and includes extensive amounts of industrial equipment and vehicles (owner estimated value $2.5M), which drive its historically stable and future revenues.

The company has a capable management team in place and a number of highly qualified employees who perform the day to day operations, requiring minimal owner involvement.

The company has all the required use permits to operate until July 2057 to process massive amounts and an extensive variety of mixed construction waste.

A centrally located yard in a zone with restricted growth, ensures this facility will be around for many years to come.
