Trucks, experienced manpower and stellar reputation are benchmarks of this highly evolved, robust, non-union, electrical energy solutions shop with over two decades of service in Southern California.

Seller is highly motivated. He's tired, wants to exit and travel. He's seeking an industry experienced, right-fit buyer who has capability to scale growth handed them. And to prove how serious he is, he has agreed to price this opportunity at great value: $1,350,000! Seller is also including in sale a 19 year old, active wholesale lighting/electrical supply and distributor company! This provides the Company the means to purchase product direct from manufacturers.

The Company provides the following electrical and lighting services by journeymen electricians:

1. Maintenance and installation of parking lot lighting, including dimmable LED lighting systems for which the electrical is managed via internet or satellite; concrete and asphalt trenching; concrete pole pedestals installation and subgrade trenching

2. Lighting repair and installation by experienced electricians, linemen, technicians, and project managers, servicing retail, industrial, warehousing, and commercial industries

3. Installation or replacement of pole, building, monument, or pedestal mounted signs, including hardscape4. High proficiency full store LED lighting retrofits. And as of 2-17-2023 CA state is banning mercury content lamps where the Company's expertise in this field will further prosper future business.

The Company’s clientele include retail, warehousing, automobile dealerships, banking institutions, national chains, hotels, shopping malls, manufacturers, property management associations, car rental centers, apartment complexes, medical centers, gas stations, and government entities – Corporation names recognized in everyday life by millions of people.

“I’ve been cautious over the years not putting all our proverbial eggs in one basket. We’ve built and followed a strong ethic of width and breadth within our approach to sales,” said the Company’s founder and president.

The Company has ten-plus, massive, long term, national field partners, who each offer the Company first right of refusal for work they offer. 100% of work is self-performed by the Company as a preferred vendor and is a mixture of project work as well as service work assigned by national property management facilities firms. The Company’s clients outsource work to the Company because of its long-term relationship history of dependability, experience, and performance excellence. The service-based performance work (which amounts to about 25% of total workload) offers the Company paid $250 to $600 inspection/assessment fees which turn into projects the Company bids and is then awarded as a preferred vendor.

The Company has implemented and aggressively pursues two newer major lines of business: Electrical Vehicle Charging Stations installations across the state and, DockRight Laser Systems installations to massive warehouses, which supplement its existing and historical expertise of focus. These additional lines of service provide the Company year-to-year sales growth forecasts of approximately 12%.

The Company is OSHA compliance certified with GOT Safety, Better Business Bureau accredited, as well as Avetta health and safety compliant. Only Avetta compliant vendors are utilized by giants like: Amazon, CBRE, Tesla, Cushman Wakefield and others. Very few contractor specialists hold these certifications within the state of CA. This fact alone provides the company an unbelievable amount of longstanding and reliable contract and service work!

The final takeaway: For the previous two plus decades this historically sound Company has weathered the economically debilitating events of 9/11, the 2008 recession, and pandemic; all without loss of labor force, loss of client demand for services, loss of momentum, and all the while, causing barely a blip in revenue reductions.
